• You retain ownership of any content you upload or transmit through the App ("User Content").
• By uploading or transmitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in any form, media, or technology.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these terms and conditions.

Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms and conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
